What a care plan covers
We assemble your plan from these pieces after the audit. A small course site and a busy membership academy need very different amounts of each.
Tested updates
WordPress core, your LMS plugin, its add-ons and your theme are updated on a staging copy first, with course, quiz and checkout checks before anything reaches live.
Backups and restore tests
Scheduled off-site backups of files and database, plus periodic test restores so you know a backup will actually work when you need it.
Security hardening and monitoring
Malware scans, login protection, file change alerts, reviews of admin accounts, and cleanup if something gets through.
Uptime checks
External monitoring of your home page, login screen and a sample lesson, with alerts to our team when any of them stops responding.
Speed care
Caching, image weight, cleanup of expired transients and old revisions, and query checks on progress and report pages that tend to slow down first.
Plugin conflict fixes
When two plugins clash, such as a page builder breaking the quiz layout or a cache serving one learner's progress to another, we trace the cause and fix it.
Emergency fixes
White screens, broken checkout or enrollment emails that stopped sending get priority over routine work as soon as you report them.
Monthly report and small changes
A monthly summary of updates, backups, security events and speed, plus an agreed amount of time for small content or settings changes.

Why an LMS needs an LMS-aware care team
We test the learner path
After updates we enroll a test learner, open lessons, submit a quiz and check the certificate rather than only loading the home page.
Any WordPress LMS
LearnDash, LifterLMS, Tutor LMS, LearnPress, Sensei LMS, MasterStudy, WPLMS, WP Courseware, Namaste! LMS and BuddyBoss communities.
Payments get checked too
We confirm WooCommerce, MemberPress and gateway renewals still work after updates, because a silent billing failure costs more than an hour of downtime.
The same team each month
Our in-house staff look after your site every month, so they learn your custom code and its quirks.
Scoped, not one-size
Your plan is priced from the audit findings, so you do not pay for tasks your site does not need.
Confidential by default
Learner records and admin logins are handled under NDA, with access limited to the people working on your site.
From first call to launch
Free audit
We review versions, the plugin list, backups, security, speed and error logs, and send you a written findings report.
Plan proposal
A monthly plan built around those findings, listing what is included and how emergencies are handled.
Onboarding and urgent fixes
We set up staging, backups and monitoring, then fix the most urgent audit findings first.
Monthly care
Updates, checks and a report every month, with your project manager as the single point of contact.
Work we are asked to do
Creator with launch weeks
A course seller runs big enrollment launches and cannot risk an update breaking checkout mid-launch, so updates are scheduled around the launch calendar.
Training team without a developer
An HR team owns a LearnDash site but nobody is comfortable clicking Update. A monthly plan takes that worry off their desk.
Cleanup after a hack
A LearnPress site was injected with spam links. We clean it, harden logins and move it onto monitored monthly care.
Growing academy slowing down
More learners mean slower report pages and quiz saves. Speed care and database cleanup become part of the monthly routine.
Tools and integrations
Why LMS sites break differently
A brochure site that breaks after an update shows an error, and someone notices. A learning site can look perfectly normal while quizzes stop saving, certificates fail to generate or renewals quietly stop charging. Learners notice before you do, usually by email, sometimes by leaving a review. That is why our maintenance work is built around the paths learners and buyers actually take, not only around keeping plugins current.
The usual suspects
- An LMS add-on that falls behind the main plugin and breaks after a major release.
- Page caching that serves one learner's progress or cart to another.
- A page builder update that changes the markup quiz scripts depend on.
- Email delivery for enrollment and password emails failing without warning.
- Payment gateway or subscription plugins losing their webhook connection.
- Database tables for progress, activity or logs growing until reports time out.
How a month of care works
We keep a staging copy of your site in step with production. Updates land there first. A team member then walks the critical paths: registration, enrollment, a lesson, a quiz, a certificate, a checkout and, if you sell subscriptions, a renewal. Only then do the same updates go live, at a time that suits your calendar. Backups run on a schedule to off-site storage, and we test restores periodically so the backups are proven, not assumed.
Security runs alongside: malware scanning, login protection, file change monitoring and a check of who holds admin access. Uptime monitoring watches your home page, login and a sample lesson from outside your server. When something fails, the alert comes to us.
At the end of the month you receive a short report: what was updated, which issues we fixed, backup status, security events and speed notes, plus anything we think needs a decision from you.
Why plans start with an audit
We do not sell fixed tiers without looking at your site first. The audit tells us how many plugins you run, whether any files have been edited directly, how healthy the database is and how your host is configured. The plan we propose covers what your site needs, and the proposal spells out the tasks included and how urgent issues are handled. The audit is free, and there is no obligation to sign up afterward.
What we need from you
Very little. We ask for an admin account, hosting or SFTP access and one contact who can make decisions. If your host does not offer staging, we set one up on hosting you approve and keep it private.
Plugins we look after
Our team maintains sites built on LearnDash, LifterLMS, Tutor LMS, LearnPress, Sensei LMS, MasterStudy, WPLMS, WP Courseware, Namaste! LMS and BuddyBoss, as well as custom LMS plugins. The same in-house developers who build on these platforms handle the care work, under NDA.
