What do you need from us for a quote?
Five things: cloud or self-hosted, approximate learner and exam candidate numbers, the modules you need (such as proctoring, AI or SSO with SCIM), any services you want from us and your timeline. Rough numbers are fine for a first pass.
Can you fill in our security questionnaire?
Yes. We answer from the controls the product actually has. Where a question asks for a certification such as SOC 2 or ISO 27001, we say plainly that we do not hold one.
Can we pilot before committing?
Yes. A trial workspace is the quickest way to try the product, and for a bigger pilot involving SSO or your own content we agree the scope with you first.
How does migration work?
Content comes across through the Moodle .mbz and LearnDash importers or as SCORM, xAPI and cmi5 packages. People come in through bulk user import or SCIM from your identity provider. We map out what moves and what gets rebuilt before you commit.
What do we need to self-host?
A server running PHP 8.1 or later and MySQL, HTTPS, and scheduled cron jobs for the email queue and retention tasks. A VPS is the usual choice, though capable cPanel hosting also works.
What happens after I submit the form?
We reply within one business day to set up a short call about scope. After that call you get a written quote and answers to any open questions.
