Link to any page of the site, add ?ref=yourcode to an address you already use, or ask the client to quote the code when they contact us. A visit is remembered for 90 days, and the demo request, quote form or AI chat enquiry that follows is credited to you automatically.

The rules, in plain English

- Commission is 20% of the net value of the referred client’s first order: what they pay after taxes, discounts and refunds. Renewals and later orders do not earn commission unless we agree it in writing.
- A referral counts when the client first contacts us through your link or code within 90 days of the click, or when you submit the project from your dashboard before they contact us. If two affiliates refer the same client, the first registered referral counts.
- Organizations that were already customers, or already in talks with us before your referral, are not eligible. We tell you when that is the case.
- Commissions stay on hold for 30 days after the client pays. If the order is refunded or cancelled in that time, the commission is cancelled.
- We pay approved commissions once your balance reaches $100.00, in USD, by bank transfer, PayPal, Wise or UPI. You are responsible for any tax due on your earnings in your country.
- You may not refer yourself or your own organization, bid on LMS Advisor brand terms in paid search, send unsolicited email, or describe features, prices or discounts we do not offer.
- We review every application and can decline it, and we can suspend an account that breaks these terms. Commissions earned honestly before a suspension are still paid.
- We may change the commission rate or these terms with 30 days’ notice by email. Referrals registered before a change keep the terms that applied when they were registered.
