25% to 30% commission per sale
Earned on the sale value of every deal you close, cloud subscriptions and one-time licenses included. Where you sit in the range is agreed with you before you sign.
The LMS Advisor partner program is for companies that already sell software, training or IT services and want an LMS to offer their customers. You win and look after the customer, we provide the platform and the product specialists, and you earn 25% to 30% of each sale you close.
Updated
The program suits businesses that already talk to organizations that train people: companies, colleges, training providers, associations and public bodies. If your customers ask you which LMS to buy, it lets you answer with a product and earn from the sale.
You already sell business software in your market. Add an LMS your customers can run in our cloud or on their own servers.
You design courses and programs. Sell the platform they run on and keep the content work and the client relationship.
You connect identity, HR and CRM systems. SAML SSO, SCIM 2.0, HR sync and the REST API give you real integration work to quote.
You build branded experiences. Each customer organization gets its own logo, colors and sign-in page, and a branded mobile app is available for a client’s own learners.
You advise HR and L&D teams on tools. Bring us the deal and let our team run the sale, or resell it yourself if you want to own the customer.
You cover a country or a group of countries with a sales team on the ground. Local language, local data hosting and local support are what your buyers ask about first.
The headline is the commission: 25% to 30% of each sale you bring in, with your exact rate written into the partner agreement. The rest is what you need to sell an LMS without having to build or host one.
Earned on the sale value of every deal you close, cloud subscriptions and one-time licenses included. Where you sit in the range is agreed with you before you sign.
The interface runs in English, Hindi, Urdu (right to left), French, German, Spanish, Swedish, Swahili and Portuguese, and Terminology settings rename Course, Lesson and Learner to local wording.
Sell the hosted cloud, or install on servers in the customer’s country when data has to stay there. Standard self-hosted installs can be bought on a one-time license.
Bring our team into a demo, a security questionnaire or a technical call when you need to. The customer stays yours.
Pricing is quoted per deployment, on learner numbers and modules. We prepare each quote with you, so you know your commission before the customer signs.
Register a customer with us before you quote and the deal is recorded as yours, so two partners never chase the same buyer.
Move the sliders to see the commission on a year of deals. The figures show the math only. Real deal sizes come from each quote, so treat this as an example, not a price list.
| Deal value | At 25% | At 30% |
|---|---|---|
| $5,000 | $1,250 | $1,500 |
| $10,000 | $2,500 | $3,000 |
| $25,000 | $6,250 | $7,500 |
| $50,000 | $12,500 | $15,000 |
Five steps from application to your first commission. Most of the early work is a conversation, so expect a call before any paperwork.
Fill in the form on this page with your company, the country or region you want to cover and the customers you serve. It takes about three minutes.
We reply within one business day to book a call. We learn about your market, and you see the platform working.
The agreement sets your commission rate, your region and how deals are registered and paid.
Our team walks you through the product, the two deployment options and how quoting works, so you can run a first demo on your own.
Register the customer, build the quote with us and earn 25% to 30% of the sale when the deal closes.
One platform with two ways to run it. Customers usually decide on where their data has to live and how they prefer to pay.

| How it is paid for | Subscription | Subscription, or a one-time license for standard installs |

About three minutes. We reply within one business day.
Most LMS deals in a new market stall on the same three questions: where the data lives, whether the platform speaks the local language, and what the customer pays over five years. LMS Advisor answers all three in the first meeting, which shortens the sales cycle you have to carry.
The same platform runs in our cloud or on the customer’s own servers. For buyers in government, healthcare or education who must keep personal data in the country, you can quote a self-hosted install instead of explaining why it cannot be done. See the self-hosted LMS page for what that involves.
The interface runs in nine languages, and Settings > Terminology renames Course, Lesson, Assignment, Quiz, Learner and Instructor across the screens, so a customer who says “Training” instead of “Course” sees their own word. AI translation of lessons helps with course content, and a person should still review it.
Some customers want a subscription. Others, often in the public sector, prefer to buy software once. Standard self-hosted installs can be bought on a one-time license, and the cloud stays on a subscription. You earn your commission either way.
We would rather say this before you apply. The program is not a white-label offer: customers see the LMS Advisor name. There is no off-the-shelf course library to resell, so partners who want to sell content need their own or a content partner. Course selling runs through WooCommerce rather than a checkout built into the LMS. If any of these is a deal breaker for your market, tell us on the intro call and we will say honestly whether it can work.
Already know the product? The LMS Advisor facts page lists what the platform does and does not do on one page, and the pricing page explains how quotes are built.
From growing businesses to established enterprises, organizations trust LMS Advisor to build, customize, and scale their learning platforms.
